Cruceta D. Jeffeirs is a native of North Carolina. She is the second child of Joedine and Helen Jefferie. Cruceta accepted the call of the Lord at the very young age of eight. At that tender age, her passion and desire was to sing praises unto the Father. At nineteen years of age, she began to hear the Lord call her into the ministry of preaching but like Jonah, she ran for a long time. At the age of twenty-five, she surrendered to the voice of the Lord, rededicated her life in September 2001, and has been running strong for the Lord ever since. In November 2001, the Lord placed a burden for women and outreach upon the heart of Cruceta and in February of 2003, Women of Noble Character located in Kings Mountain, NC, was established and organized. On October 1, 2006, Cruceta established the House of Refuge, birthed out of Psalms 34:8, "Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him." House of Refuge, a five-fold ministry that was a place of Restoration and Empowerment with a Kingdom focus, was located in Shelby, NC. The ministry was committed to ministering to the total man, mind, body, and soul. In January 31, 2007, the name was changed to Kingdom Life Covenant Ministries and relocated to Kings Mountain, NC. On April 12, 2012, Cruceta established Bethel Ministries, a ministry which promotes unity, integrity, love, and reconciliation. Cruceta holds degrees in education, counseling, criminal justice, and human services. She is committed to teaching, equipping, and empowering the people of God. Cruceta believes that it is time for the Body of Christ to walk in unity and with power. I Corinthians 12:4-7 (NIV), "There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given common good." "We must join together to tear down the walls of the enemy."
