Author Details

Waratah Karleu Waratah has taught yoga, mindfulness and wellness practices to children, teenagers and adults for over 20 years. She is a qualified Counsellor, Wellness Coach and Tantra Teacher, and is currently completing post graduate studies in Sexology. Having a life long passion in maximising human potential and relationships, she believes the way forward is also about borrowing ancient knowledge from the past traditions of Yoga, Buddhist Mindfulness practices, Chinese Taoism and the Indian Tantric lineage. In addition to studies, life has provided Waratah with many learnings and insights. The juggling of life, love and child rearing alongside the running of multiple businesses has granted a depth of lived experience to draw upon within her work as a therapist. Waratah consults privately in person or via Skype and holds workshops in Australia and around the globe.
