Cancellations

No Cancellations are permitted in Booksvenue as the orders are placed with our International Publishers and takes around 7 -14 Working Days for delivery. Once the order is placed, cancellation can be done the same day only and if the book has not been dispatched from our end.

No cancellations are allowed for Pre-Order Books, Digital Cards, E-Books and International Books sold on Booksvenue.com. We ensure to dispatch the correct Book ordered. 

Once the order is placed with our International Publishers, we cannot cancel the same. So if any cancellation request is there, it should be intimated the same day once the order is placed from your end.

Some books might even take more time for procurement and it will be informed to the customer once we receive the updates from our International Publishers. For any queries, you can email us at contact@booksvenue.com
